EXPORT DECLARATION(AES DIRECT) :

I.C.T. INC. will prepare an export declaration on behalf of your company for those shipments in excess of $ 2,500.00 value or those requiring and export license. This document is to include all data as required by the U.S.Department of Commerce.

CERTIFICATE of ORIGIN :

When required by the country of destination, I.C.T. INC will prepare a Certificate of Origin. In addition to attesting that the consignment was manufactured in the United States, we will again enter all the shipping details to facilitate identifying your shipment.

I.C.T. Inc. HOUSE AIRWAYBILL (HAWB) / OCEAN B/L :

For each Air or Ocean shipment, a HAWB or a Ocean B/L will be prepared by I.C.T. Inc. to show shipper and consignee's name and address, as well as all shipping information and transportation charges. I.C.T. Inc. will also include your company's shipping details in order to identify the consignment.

PRE-ADVICE :

Prior to actual export of freight, I.C.T. Inc. will pre-advice all Air or Ocean shipping details including MAWB#, HAWB#, Airline/Flight, Ocean B/L#, Vessel/Voyage, weight & pcs with your company's shipping references. Fax will be sent to final co-signee and to you.

I.C.T. Inc. INVOICE :

I.C.T. Inc. will invoice all prepaid charges to your company. Accompanying our invoice will be copies of the HAWB or Ocean B/L, Certificate of Origin and your Commercial Invoice.
